This is a great whole foods dessert for people that don't want cake or cookies. It's gluten free as well!
Yes, it is higher in natural sugars and sugar is sugar after all, but I think this is better than a gluten laden cake with bad trans fats. But, if you are watching your insulin levels I would recommend choosing another option for a dessert.
The LOVE definitely comes from the orange zest and cinnamon.
