Healthy Frozen Meals- Private Class, Book Anytime!

This class is for all of you that expressed a necessity for nutrient dense frozen meals. You are busy, you want to nourish you and your family with easy go to favourites on a weekly basis. In this trio I will be showing you my favourites that I cook for my family and personal chef clients. You will learn practical knife skills along the way and all of the tips and tricks that I have used over my 25 years of being a Red Seal Chef. Everything will be gluten free, no refined sugar and dairy optional.
