Helping Nutritionists Plan and Organize a Nutrient Dense, Whole Foods Fridge and Kitchen for Weekly Life
Hello fellow Holistic Nutritionists! We have finally had a chance to create the workshop you have been asking and waiting for.
Students will come away from this in-class workshop supercharged to inspire people to cook and eat more whole foods at home, and to help people understand that cooking at home and eating at the table is achievable- all with a little technique, organization, simplicity in mind and good, whole food!
This 5 hour workshop will:
Reveal a no-fail system that will help you feel organized in the kitchen throughout your busy week.
Relieve the stress that many people feel about having to cook homemade food.
Teach you how to think “outside the cooking box”; which will help simplify your time in the kitchen and increase creative meal ideas from just one simple dish.
Allow you to work in teams to develop simple, nutrient dense menu plans that can help balance specific body systems. You will take these menu plans home with you.
Give you new recipes and food ideas to use with your clients and family.
Inspire you and your clients to cook whole foods at home.
